Key Objective of the Role: Identify and develop mutually beneficial alliances
between the company & prospective partners including media houses, brands, service
companies.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads from industry data for possible alliances with other companies.
- Initiating Calls to prospective alliance partners for arranging meetings.
- First meeting with alliance partners for Presentation.
- Interacting with Senior Management at both the end for mutually beneficial alliances.
- Create Innovative Alliance Solution as per Business Requirements.
- Achieve Alliance Value Targets assigned to him/ her.
- Regular Follow up with Alliance Partners for Renewal or New partnerships.
- Negotiation with prospective partners.
- Coordinating with internal team for the partner requirement.

Key Objective of the Role: Identify and develop business opportunities for
the Company’s interactive solutions.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those
businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services.
- Active chase the targets as set by the management.
- Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts.
- Build referral and lead generation network.
- Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients.
- Implement business models so as to create new ventures.
- Forecast long and short-range market potential.
- Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing
programs.
Account Management
- Increase the company’s involvement with existing clients.
- Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects.
Market Analysis & Benchmarking
- Competitive price tracking from other agencies and identifying price advantages
and disadvantages on a monthly basis.
- Research on competitive marketing information about competitors and evolving new
marketing strategies.
- Collecting and assimilating a database of specialists throughout the areas.
Maintaining and Developing Existing clients:
- Performing the role properly ensuring that the client’s business remains with the
agency for a longer period of time.
- Ensures greater business and billing from the client.
- Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency
by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
Requirements:
- Candidate with specific experiences in selling online brand solutions such as games,
social media solutions and other interactive services will have a distinct advantage.
